Scott and Abby’s wedding in downtown Denver was the sweetest intimate urban wedding.  Abby and Scott have known each other since middle school and started dating after college. The two love downtown Denver so being able to incorporate so many of the unique features it has to offer made for such a unique experience. 

Getting Ready in Downtown Denver

Abby spent the first part of her wedding day getting ready at The Ramble Hotel in Downtown Denver while Scott got ready at their home.  Abby and Scott kept things simple just getting ready with their immediate families as well as their best man and maid of honor.  They were able to spend so much time with their favorite people getting ready together, it made for some really sweet and intimate moments.

After getting ready Abby and I met Scott outside of the Ramble Hotel for the two to share a first look to start off their wedding day. I love a first look on a wedding day as it’s such a sweet and intimate moment for the couple to share before their wedding day fully kicks off. After their first look we took our time walking around to different locations in RINO Art District before heading over to the Blanc to tie the knot!

Their Intimate Wedding at the Blanc

After spending the afternoon soaking in all of the beauty in downtown Denver we walked over to the Blanc for Abby and Scott’s intimate wedding ceremony.  Abby’s Dad Jim was the officiant their ceremony and their dog Henry also made an appearance which was SO special to them.  After their ceremony the couple was able to enjoy the entirety of their cocktail hour because they took all their formal photos before.  All of the guests were SO welcoming and fun for the cocktail hour. With the couple there celebrating with them they were all super open to having their portraits done during their 90 minute cocktail hour. 

Their Reception at the Blanc

After cocktail hour it was time for their intimate reception to start. The Blanc has an incredible indoor space where Abby and Scott’s reception was held. Their reception was full of heartfelt speeches and delicious food. Abby and Scott also shared a first dance together to get the party started which was such a sweet moment. The two also opened up their outdoor ceremony space during their cocktail hour so that their guests could mingle both indoors and outdoors. The Blanc was the perfect venue choice for their intimate wedding in downtown Denver as it had everything Abby and Scott wanted right there.

Abby and Scott’s wedding was so beautiful and filled with so much love and intent. The two chose the perfect venue for their downtown Denver wedding and they ended up with a wedding day that was absolutely perfect for them.
