Brian and Madeline’s colorful Cape Cod wedding was such a cool and intentional wedding day that I was SO happy to be able to document it.  Madeline and I have known each other since kindergarten, and she is easily one of the sweetest people I know.  We swam together growing up and also grew up in the same neighborhood.

Madeline & Brian have known each other since she was little. Her older brother Gage was friends with Brian. They fell for each other years later and have been inseparable since. Brian and Madelines’ day was filled with SO many intentional details and SO much creativity.  Madeline is an artist herself and she brought so many unique aspects and details to their day.

Getting Ready

Madeline and Brian got ready for their Cape Cod wedding day separately.  Brian got married with his groomsmen in his parents’ Cape Cod home, while Madeline and her bridesmaids got ready at a second location.

Madeline and Brian’s wedding party was the BEST at hyping up the bride and groom.  Between dance parties in the kitchen, to toasts with the groomsmen, there was SO much celebration that went on for these two!

Cape Cod Water Front Wedding

Madeline and I met up with Brian out next to the water so that they could have their first look.  Their reception space looked out over the water and really made for such a magical backdrop for their day.  Madeline is an artist herself, she runs her own business, Rose and Royce, so when it came to the details of their wedding day, Madeline did NOT hold back.  She made her earrings, brilliant colorful napkins that people wore throughout the night, and the table numbers. I LOVED her color palette of hot pink, blue, and green, and the way she incorporated the colors into SO many details throughout their wedding day.

Brian and Madeline’s Cape Cod wedding day was filled with so many intimate moments surrounded by all the important people in their lives.  One of my favorite parts about my job is being able to witness all of these moments and be a part of them with my clients.  If you’re looking for more colorful inspiration for your wedding day, head to my blog for more!
