Courtney and Alex shared the most beautiful and intimate wedding day in Golden Colorado. Their day was filled with so much love and emotion from start to finish making their wedding truly special and something they’ll always remember. The wedding was actually their plan C due to c*vid, but we made it happen and we all couldn’t have been happier with the results!
Getting Ready for Their Day
Courtney and Alex started off their wedding day getting ready separately with a few of their favorite people. Their wedding day was about as intimate as you can get which worked out perfectly for them and made for some incredibly sweet and emotional moments throughout the day. They were both smiling nonstop from the start of the day, you could clearly see how much this day meant to them. Once they were ready for their intimate wedding day in Golden Colorado it was time for some first looks. First was between Courtney and her father who both let their happy tears out in full force. Then it was time to find Alex for his and Courtney’s first look and their reactions were priceless! The two were smiling from ear to ear the entire time as we took a little time for couples portraits walking around Golden.
Intimate Wedding Day In Golden CO
We finished up their portrait photos and headed back to their venue, Table Mountain Inn, for their intimate ceremony. With only 17 guests in attendance and their close friend Sarah officiating their ceremony they really made their love for one another and sharing that experience with their closest friends and family the priority for the day. The ceremony was incredibly emotional and filled with a few details that really added to how special their day was. Courtney and Alex both worked on a Diamond mine together in Yellowknife Canada which is where Courtney’s wedding stone was actually mined from. After the ceremony and a toast of tequila over their wedding papers the two were officially married! Now it was time to celebrate and enjoy the rest of their intimate wedding in Golden Colorado.
Golden Hour in Golden Colorado
After their intimate wedding ceremony and some time mingling and getting photos with their family we went back out into Golden Colorado for some golden hour portraits. Golden is a beautiful city and that’s even more so the case during golden hour. We captured some beautiful photos near the river before heading back to Table Mountain Inn for their reception.
The reception was one of the most beautiful and heartfelt one’s that I’ve ever experienced. There were so many happy tears shed from all in attendance, it was truly a special and one of a kind intimate experience for Courtney and Alex. After their first dance and a dance with their parents they spent the rest of the night enjoying the company of the ones they love most, happily in love and newly married.
