Erin and Jack’s adventure themed wedding at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons Colorado, was filled with so many amazing details with just a rad edge mixed in throughout the day. Erin and Jack’s day was just as they wished it would be, a relaxed low key atmosphere, with so much fun and excitement sprinkled throughout.

Their Adventure Wedding Details

Erin and Jack were able to incorporate their adventure wedding theme in a very classic way all throughout their wedding day at Planet Bluegrass. Their wedding centerpieces were filled with colorful bouquets of various flowers and greens. For their seating chart, they used mountain bases to name their tables, as well as vintage postcards from some of their favorite mountains throughout the US. They used clay flower vessels and taper candle holders, and mixed and matched blue china for their tablescapes. They even incorporated skis into their wedding arch which was the perfect touch for their ceremony.

Planet Bluegrass is such a fun and unique wedding venue as it sits along beautiful red rock as well as a small stream. The mountain views surrounding the venue make for an amazing landscape throughout and the perfect backdrop for any wedding. Planet Bluegrass serves as a music venue for the majority of the year, but also hosts intimate weddings over the summers. Erin and Jack’s wedding took full advantage of everything that makes Planet Bluegrass so great for their adventure themed wedding. From the gorgeous backdrop of their ceremony, to having a live band for their indoor reception, and even having a burro walking around with beverages for cocktail hour. Their wedding was the perfect combination of fun in a laid back atmosphere!
